MERCH VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in the Second Annual Sunshine Get Down, a celebration of music and arts located at Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Florida. We are expecting many guests to join in on the festivities with a maximum capacity of 2,500. Vendor space is limited. 

The 10x10 Vendor fee is $200 (includes sales tax). This includes a 10x10 vending space with room to tent camp behind your set up and access to electricity. The fee is good for admission, vending and camping for the booth owner and one assistant person only.

 

The 10x20 Vendor fee is $400.(includes sales tax). This includes a 10x20 vending space with room to tent camp behind your set up and access to electricity. The fee is good for admission, vending, and camping for the booth owner and two assistants. Additional persons will pay regular ticket price. 

 

Application deadline is April 1, 2024.  Please send completed application to: production@sunshinegetdown.com.

If you need to send this application via postal mail you can request the mailing address by email.

 

We will notify the selected vendors before or by April 1, 2024. Upon notification of acceptance we will require payment for your space in full before or by April 15, 2024. Once accepted and payment is made no refunds will be available unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

 

Vendors are to arrive at Florida Sand Music Ranch on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Vendor booths must be ready and open for business Thursday, May 16 by 12:00 p.m. and remain open during peak festival hours through Saturday, May 18, 2024.  Vendors and their staff must depart by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
