FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in the Second Annual Sunshine Get Down, a celebration of music and arts located at Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Florida. We are expecting many guests to join in on the festivities with maximum capacity of 2,500. Food vendor space is limited.
The main food vendor fee is $600 plus 25 meal tickets (up to a 5 person staff).
Specialty/dessert or push cart fee is $300 (up to a 3 person staff)
Cost includes 6.5% sales tax
Main food vendor fees include a 20x20 space with on-site water and electricity.
Specialty/dessert or push cart fees include a 10x10 space with on-site water and electricity.
If additional staff or space requirements are needed, arrangements can be made with vendor coordinator upon acceptance at an additional cost.

We will notify the selected vendors before or by April 1, 2024. Upon notification of acceptance we will require payment for your space in full before or by April 15, 2024 along with a copy of your license and insurance. Once accepted and payment is made no refunds will be available unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Vendors are to arrive at Florida Sand Music Ranch on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Vendor booths must be ready and open for business Thursday, May 16 by 12:00 p.m. and remain open during peak festival hours through Saturday, May 18, 2024. Vendors and their staff must depart by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
